  2. 2We selected samples by using the stratified random sampling method. We entrusted one university in each of 12 provinces, municipalities directly under the central government, and autonomous regions in the western regions to complete a sample survey, and randomly selected 800–1000 samples from these 12 universities. The final data is the sum of these samples. As the samples of these 28 ethnic minorities were randomly selected, no samples were included from any other ethnic minorities.
